Gem Spinners is a 100% Export Oriented Unit with 25,000 spindles producing quality cotton yarn. Besides, there are 8 Mayer and Cie knitting machines to produce knitted fabrics ( single jersey, Double jersey, Interlock and Rib ). All the machines have been imported from Germany. Gem Spinners produce 6 tons of single yarn (combed, electronically cleared and autoconed) and 1.5 tons of double yarn per day.
Currently we manufacture Ne 41, 50, 56, 60
and 66 ( single and double ) both for weaving and
knitting according to our present customer's needs.
However, we have the capability to manufacture
any other count above Ne 41s.
We export yarn and fabric to Japan, Honkong, Korea, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Mauritius etc.. Our yarn brand enjoys a reputation for high quality and consistency.
